The delicious Gelato strain is a hybrid cannabis strain that was engineered by Cookie Fam Genetics by crossing Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies and fruity Sunset Sherbet. Also known as Larry Bird, this is a strain with a striking visual appeal: bright orange pistils stand out against forest green leaves that are accented by shades of deep purple. Cookie Fam Genetics has cooked up several phenotypes of this flower but #33 is still considered by many as the best. A beautiful and delicious strain from the Bay Area, California.

Definitely dank before even opening the bags! Nice sweet, piney and slightly citrusy scent after taking a closer smell. Trichomes are extremely abundant and the purple hue is definitely aesthetically pleasing. Perfect balanced high as a hybrid should be. Smokes nice and has a slow burn as well in a joint. I prefer to vape this stuff as the flavour is as you would imagine a “gelato” to be, very smooth and sweet. I will most likely pound through this batch quickly. Would definitely order again!

Nose was apparent as soon as I opened the bag. I have not had gelato before but the smell and taste were very similar to Wedding crasher #2 I had from KC. Creamy purple candy is how I would describe. Nice vapor consistency on Arizer extreme. Buds were all medium to small as described on site but nicely trimmed and dense, but not rocks. Got a bit squished on the in the bag but it’s still nice looking up close, deep purples with nice hits of green. Nice airy head high with a but of a buzzy feeling, no crash. Would definitely grab again.

I love this shit. I have a thing for purple strains so i guess i am biased in that regard, but it just looks so good. The deep purple with bright orange pistils, just a beautiful batch of buds. The terpene profile is a very tame sweetness with a hint of gas. It’s not one of those strains with a scent you could detect from space. The vapor is very enjoyable and smooth and the high is like a perfect hybrid, it seems to cover all the bases without being too overwhelming or inebriating. I could not resist the opportunity to order this strain and i am glad.
