The delicious Gelato strain is a hybrid cannabis strain that was engineered by Cookie Fam Genetics by crossing Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies and fruity Sunset Sherbet. Also known as Larry Bird, this is a strain with striking visual appeal: bright orange pistils stand out against forest green leaves that are accented by shades of deep purple. A beautiful and delicious strain from the Bay Area, California.
Effects
This strain has mainly citrus smells, courtesy of the fruity parent strain Sunset Sherbet. When grinded up, you will find a more earthy and herbal profile. The smoke is very smooth and leaves a nice soft and creamy sensation, which could explain the Gelato name. This strain normally hits users fairly quickly, causing a nice head buzz combined with a body buzz. Users report that they immediately feel relaxed and in much better spirits. Users won’t feel couchlocked but won’t be motivated to do activities either. We recommend this strain for evening and night time use. Definitely for more experienced users.

Personally One of my favourite,smell and Taste are perfect and high is surprisingly perfect from both worlds as in description,I think this is the corporate to the smell in my house lol,no complaints here,smaller buds to medium sizes,if anyone looks at some Girl Scout Cookies strains,you can see why the size differences but don’t lack in potency.

Ok, this stuff is incredible WOW. Bag appeal is unreal, smell is extremely pungent. Almost has the smell of body odour (but in the good way I swear), and then when you smoke it somehow tastes piney, like a christmas tree. I honestly don’t understand how that taste came from this weed but no complaints here. It’s very smooth and it burns beautifully- White-grey ash. For less than 200$ an ounce this is maybe the best deal around. The only thing keeping it from being a quad is that the buds are a little smaller (I got a mixed bag , some medium size and some small), but that is clearly reflected in the price and in the AAA+ rating ( tbh, I’d still call it a quad.). 5/5 forsure.

The high was surprisingly nice on this. I was disappointed in the buds I received. My ounce was made up of roughly 60-70 smaller buds, so basically popcorn. Looked nothing like the giant buds in the pictures and other people reviews online.

Stunning bag appeal, this cut is certainly something to behold…almost too gorgeous to smoke with hues of purple and a dense coating of crystals. The smell is very similar to GGC with a lovely earthy taste when smoked. This had me feeling relaxed and stress free for the majority of the afternoon. Would recommend!

Some of the most beautiful buds I’ve had the pleasure of buying recently. Albeit dry and sometimes leafy, this strain is just caked with trichomes and is exceptionally smoke on the exhale with a slight tickle.
Amazing clean high, similar to their God’s Green Crack from a few weeks ago. Throwing it in a jar with a boveda for a little life but other than that, I was really happy with this strain.
