    Got these to relax. They definitely made me sleepy more than calm. If you want them for bedtime, give them a go, they are tasty!

    Bought as a gift to help someone relax/ sleep. They said they tasted great but didn’t really feel anymore relaxed and didn’t sleep any better.
    I tried them though and think they are worth it for the pain relief.
