    I eat a little bite of these every night to knock me out and they work like a dream. Greatest value I’ve found per mg so it’s definitely a bang for your buck. The taste is awful but if I take a bite and swallow it with water like a pill, it’s very bearable. Would recommend if you have a high tolerance!
